What do you do for work?:
Assistant Buyer for Equipment
What’s your running experience and have you ever done a relay before?:
I have run a couple of ultra-marathons, a bunch of 5K and 10Ks as well as the Ragnar Relay last year (amazing experience).
What about Ragnar are you most looking forward to?:
I love the team building aspect to the Ragnar race. It’s impossible not to get close to your team when your crammed into a van with them for 24 hours or so.
What are you absolutely dreading?:
Running a tough leg and then jumping into a cramped van. Really difficult to stay loose!
Any words of wisdom to people considering a relay?:
Sign up, train smart and have fun… you wont regret it!
