The 27th annual J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge in Boston, MA took place last night at 7:15pm as team City Sports and roughly 12,000 other runners competed in a 5K Road Race!
With the weather torturing the city dwellers for most of the day, the presence of rain and wind seemed to be inevitable come race time. And suddenly, as if on purpose, the clouds parted and the rain disappeared as runners approached the starting line.
The race was a loop around the Back Bay area as runners started and finished in the Boston Common area.
Drew Clark led the way for team City Sports with an amazing 18:47 time while the rest of Team City Sports certainly held their own.
After the run there were plenty of refreshments including water, bananas, LaraBars and delicious mini-burritos from Boloco.
See you out there!
