NYC Bootcamp – Week One

Myrna from Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp showed up at City Sports on 5th Ave early this morning to lead 12 eager participants in an hour long bootcamp session. This being the first of 6 session, Myrna took it easy on the group but it was still a challenging workout.  Mixing in resistance training along with some fast paced easy cardio that could also be done at home made for a solid workout and great learning experience.  This was definitely a great start to the year!
