CrossFit on the Boston Greenway

Things kicked up a notch on the Greenway last night as 23 participants were led through a challenging workout by Reebok CrossFit Back Bay owner, Michael Cahill. After a dynamic warm-up the group was cued through a series of static postures including planks, squats and v-holds. Michael then broke out the kettlebells and coached participants through swings, goblet squats and presses. Everyone broke into groups of three to complete repetitions of each movement – one teammate was on the kettlebell while the second did push-ups and the third completed butterfly sit-ups. Once every team completed the workout, the session closed out with a round of 50 burpees.
